Norwood Specialist Clinic's Cancellation and Non attendance policy is as follows:

• Patients who cancel on the day of their appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee
• Patients who do not attend their appointments will incur a $100 non attendance fee
• The above fees must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment
• Payments can be made over the phone or in person at the clinic

If there is a genuine unforeseeable reason for the cancellation or non attendance, please discuss with the staff.
